Developing practitioner terms

Development-pathway visibility and readiness rules

Developing practitioners have a separate learning-stage path. Their services are not public or bookable until required mentor/admin readiness gates are complete.

Marketplace-introduced clients stay on-platform for communication, rescheduling, booking, payment, follow-up, and rebooking. Agreed time changes stay on the original Aligned booking record unless policy, applicable law, or an agreement recorded through Aligned requires another outcome.

Developing-practitioner pathway

  • A Developing Practitioner (Trainee) may create profile and service drafts, request or link to a mentor, and book mentorship where available.
  • Developing-practitioner services must remain hidden or non-bookable until mentor/admin readiness, public visibility, payment setup, session setup, availability, and other launch gates are complete.
  • Developing-practitioner sessions must be clearly labeled as Developing Practitioner (Trainee), reduced-rate, mentored, or learning-stage where applicable.
  • Developing-practitioner sessions are capped at $50 until the practitioner is approved to become their own established practitioner account after mentorship.

No approval guarantee

  • Development-pathway participation does not guarantee mentor acceptance, public visibility, client bookings, earnings, reviews, or eventual full practitioner approval.
  • Developing-practitioner reviews, mentor feedback, and client practitioner reviews must remain separated by source/booking type.
  • Developing Practitioners (Trainees) must follow Terms, Privacy, Community Rules, Spiritual Services Disclaimer, on-platform rules, and applicable practitioner obligations.

Trainee visibility boundaries

  • Trainee services are not public or bookable until mentor/admin readiness, profile, payment, availability, session access, policy, and visibility gates are complete.
  • Aligned may pause or remove trainee visibility if mentor readiness, mentor relationship, account standing, compliance, safety, payment, or admin approval changes.
  • Trainees must be clearly labeled as trainee, reduced-rate, supervised, or mentored where applicable.
  • Trainee reviews, mentorship reviews, and client reviews remain separate.
