Community rules

Keep Aligned safe, respectful, and on-platform

Messaging, profile content, booking coordination, reviews, and follow-up must remain professional, accurate, and inside Aligned when the relationship was discovered through Aligned.

Marketplace-introduced clients stay on-platform for communication, rescheduling, booking, payment, follow-up, and rebooking. Agreed time changes stay on the original Aligned booking record unless policy, applicable law, or an agreement recorded through Aligned requires another outcome.

Prohibited conduct

  • No harassment, fraud, impersonation, misleading claims, unsafe conduct, prohibited advice, illegal activity, hate, threats, exploitation, spam, or attempts to evade fees or platform controls.
  • No off-platform payment/contact solicitation, outside booking links, coded contact details, external payment instructions, or fee-avoidance behavior.
  • Aligned may review or moderate profiles, messages, services, reviews, videos, documents, booking records, and audit logs when needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, disputes, chargebacks, support, or policy enforcement.

Enforcement

  • Aligned may suspend, restrict, deactivate, remove, decline, investigate, moderate, hide, or place holds on accounts, profiles, listings, reviews, messages, bookings, payouts, and access.
  • Reviews should come from completed Aligned bookings where technically enforced, and Client Reviews, Mentorship Reviews, and Developing Practitioner Session Reviews must remain separated by booking type.
  • Users must have rights and consent for any profile photos, intro videos, teaching videos, documents, messages, or other content they upload.

Message privacy and moderation

  • Aligned does not routinely read conversations without reason.
  • Aligned may access or review messages and related records when needed for safety, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, support, moderation, disputes, chargebacks, legal compliance, trust, or policy enforcement.
  • Users should not share sensitive emergency, medical, legal, financial, or highly private information through messaging.
  • Off-platform solicitation, coded contact/payment instructions, and attempts to move payment or booking outside Aligned are prohibited.
