How this works
Your mentor does not need to join every client session.
Mentorship prepares you for independent approved practice. Ordinary developing-practitioner sessions are between you and the client unless a service is specifically labeled mentor-supported.

Five clear steps
Your profile stays private until mentor readiness, Aligned review, and launch/listing requirements are complete.
Book individual Zoom mentorship sessions through Aligned as you build skills, confidence, boundaries, and client care.
Build your profile, add approved services, complete required agreements, and finish pathway requirements.
Your mentor confirms readiness. Aligned completes the final marketplace review.
Once activated, you may accept approved client bookings independently while continuing mentorship separately.
Clearly labeled for clients
Developing Practitioner sessions are clearly labeled so clients understand the experience level they are choosing.
Separate earnings
Client practice sessions pay the developing practitioner. Mentorship sessions pay the mentor. Aligned applies its configured commission to each applicable booking.
Membership waived in pathway
No monthly practitioner membership is due while you remain in the approved Developing Practitioner pathway. Booking commission still applies.
Reduced-rate cap
Approved developing-practitioner sessions remain capped under Aligned's current pathway rules until transition is approved.
