As an Aligned mentor, you offer separately booked mentorship sessions and help developing practitioners know when they are ready for approved client-facing practice.
Payment clarity
Mentorship and client bookings are separate.
You earn from mentorship sessions booked with you. The developing practitioner earns from their own approved client sessions. You do not automatically receive a share of those client bookings.

Four simple steps
Mentor acceptance and readiness do not publish a developing practitioner by themselves. Aligned review and listing gates still apply.
Provide individual Zoom mentorship sessions through Aligned based on the practitioner's needs and stage.
When appropriate, confirm that the practitioner is ready for approved client-facing practice.
After activation, they may conduct approved sessions independently while continuing mentorship separately.
No automatic attendance
Mentors are not required to attend ordinary developing-practitioner client sessions.
No automatic split payout
Mentorship appointments and developing-practitioner client bookings remain financially separate.
Membership stays separate
Developing practitioners do not pay the standard monthly practitioner membership while active in the approved pathway.
Aligned review remains required
Your readiness confirmation supports review but does not replace Aligned approval.
