Aligned reviews practitioner applications and requires key marketplace and booking-readiness steps before a profile appears publicly.

Before a public listing

What the current review process covers

Application and service details Practitioners complete a public name and profile, service categories, descriptions, delivery formats, session lengths, pricing, location and availability information.

Identity document review A government ID must be uploaded and approved by an Aligned administrator before practitioner approval.

Profile and policy review Aligned reviews the submitted profile and service information, checks current content-safety rules, and requires acceptance of provider, marketplace, and refund policies. Changes may be requested before approval.

Public listing readiness An approved profile must also have an approved profile photo, active services, availability, supported-market eligibility, and the required booking, payment and session setup before it can appear publicly.

Connected to completed Aligned bookings

Public client reviews can only come from eligible Aligned bookings that are completed and paid. Reviews remain subject to Aligned’s visibility and moderation rules.

Aligned’s current process is not a background check, professional licensing check, certification verification, or reference check. Vetting does not guarantee outcomes, quality, fit, safety, or results. Practitioners are independent service providers, and clients should use their own judgment when choosing and booking a service.
